Questions
Is I Taqwa Care suitable for me or my family member?
I Taqwa Care is designed for pilgrims who may require additional healthcare planning or support, including dialysis patients, elderly or frail travellers, people living with chronic illness, complex-care patients and those who require a travelling nurse or medical escort. Suitability is confirmed through an individual assessment.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Our care team reviews the information you provide and contacts you to discuss your needs, the medical documentation required, service availability and the next steps. Sending an enquiry is not a booking, and no medical reports are needed at this stage.
