About the service
Is I Taqwa Care suitable for me or my family member?
I Taqwa Care is designed for pilgrims who may require additional healthcare planning or support, including dialysis patients, elderly or frail travellers, people living with chronic illness, complex-care patients and those who require a travelling nurse or medical escort. Suitability is confirmed through an individual assessment.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Our care team reviews the information you provide and contacts you to discuss your needs, the medical documentation required, service availability and the next steps. Sending an enquiry is not a booking, and no medical reports are needed at this stage.
How early should we contact you before travelling?
As early as possible. Medical documents, destination arrangements and any travelling support take time to coordinate, so contacting us once travel is being considered gives the most options. Shorter notice can still be discussed, depending on the case and provider availability.
Are treatment costs included?
Treatment fees charged by hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres or other healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees. Costs are discussed as part of each individual care plan.
Medical needs and suitability
Can you guarantee that a patient can perform Hajj or Umrah?
No. Medical eligibility depends on the patient's condition, treating-clinician advice and applicable Saudi health and entry requirements. I Taqwa Care supports planning and coordination but does not override medical or regulatory requirements.
Can I Taqwa Care arrange dialysis in Saudi Arabia?
I Taqwa Care can assist with dialysis coordination for medically eligible travellers, subject to provider availability, medical documentation and applicable requirements. Treatment fees charged by healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees.
Can you support palliative-care patients?
We can discuss individualized palliative and complex-care coordination. Suitability for travel must be assessed carefully with the patient's treating clinicians and relevant providers.
Do you provide travelling nurses?
Yes. Travelling nurse or medical-escort support can be arranged according to the patient's needs, travel itinerary, clinical suitability and service availability.
Families
Can I enquire on behalf of a parent or relative?
Yes. Many enquiries come from family members. We will ask about your relationship to the patient, and we discuss their health information in detail only with their permission.
Will the family receive updates during the journey?
With the patient's permission, a nominated family contact can receive updates as agreed in the care plan, including if plans change or escalation is needed.
Emergencies and transfers
Do you provide emergency care?
I Taqwa Care provides emergency medical coordination and escalation support. We are not a substitute for local emergency services. In an emergency, contact the local emergency number immediately.
Do you provide air ambulance services?
We can coordinate with appropriate licensed air-ambulance and medical-transport providers. Each transfer is case-specific and subject to clinical assessment, provider availability and quotation.
Partners
Do you work with travel operators and hospitals?
I Taqwa Care is developing referral and healthcare-provider relationships. Travel operators, hospitals and healthcare providers are welcome to contact us to discuss working together.
