Why I Taqwa Care
01
Each plan starts with a review of the pilgrim's health needs, medication, mobility and itinerary, and sets out the support to be coordinated before, during and after the journey.
02
Our approach respects Islamic values, dignity, modesty and the importance of ibadah, so care is planned around the pilgrimage itself.
03
A defined coordination point keeps the patient, a nominated family member, treating clinicians and destination providers informed as plans develop.
Meet the team
I Taqwa Care was established in 2017 to make pilgrimage healthcare safer, more coordinated and more compassionate. Our team works alongside patients, families and licensed healthcare providers to plan each journey.
Our approach
For families
We help families understand the medical plan, organise the required support and keep a clear line of communication throughout the journey, while respecting the patient's dignity, independence and spiritual goals.

As early as possible. Medical documents, destination arrangements and any travelling support take time to coordinate, so contacting us once travel is being considered gives the most options. Shorter notice can still be discussed, depending on the case and provider availability.
I Taqwa Care can assist with dialysis coordination for medically eligible travellers, subject to provider availability, medical documentation and applicable requirements. Treatment fees charged by healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees.
Yes. Travelling nurse or medical-escort support can be arranged according to the patient's needs, travel itinerary, clinical suitability and service availability.
Our care team reviews the information you provide and contacts you to discuss your needs, the medical documentation required, service availability and the next steps. Sending an enquiry is not a booking, and no medical reports are needed at this stage.
No. Medical eligibility depends on the patient's condition, treating-clinician advice and applicable Saudi health and entry requirements. I Taqwa Care supports planning and coordination but does not override medical or regulatory requirements.
Tell us about the pilgrim, the travel plans and the support needed. Our care team will review your enquiry and contact you to discuss the next steps.
