Medical Umrah support, designed around your health
For patients with ongoing medical needs, performing Umrah requires careful preparation. I Taqwa Care helps eligible patients and families plan the healthcare component of the journey.

Medical planning alongside your pilgrimage
We help plan the healthcare component of the journey so that treatment, medication, mobility and escalation needs are considered before departure, and support is in place at the destination.
- Review of health needs and current medication
- Destination-care planning in Makkah and Madinah
- Travelling nurse or medical escort where suitable
- Escalation planning if circumstances change
- Continuity of care after returning home
Healthcare coordination, not travel booking
I Taqwa Care coordinates the healthcare side of your journey. Flights, visas, accommodation and Umrah packages are arranged separately with your travel provider. We are happy to communicate with your travel provider where this helps the care plan.
Suitability review
Every journey starts with a review of the pilgrim's health information. This helps identify the documentation, clearance and support that may be required.
Medical eligibility for travel and pilgrimage must be determined by the appropriate treating clinician and applicable Saudi health requirements. I Taqwa Care cannot guarantee fitness to travel.
For dialysis patients
We can support pre-travel preparation and coordinate destination dialysis arrangements subject to medical eligibility, provider availability and applicable requirements.
Service availability
Services are subject to clinical suitability, provider availability, applicable laws and professional licensing requirements. Availability is confirmed for each individual care plan.
Questions about Medical Umrah
Can you guarantee that a patient can perform Hajj or Umrah?
No. Medical eligibility depends on the patient's condition, treating-clinician advice and applicable Saudi health and entry requirements. I Taqwa Care supports planning and coordination but does not override medical or regulatory requirements.
How early should we contact you before travelling?
As early as possible. Medical documents, destination arrangements and any travelling support take time to coordinate, so contacting us once travel is being considered gives the most options. Shorter notice can still be discussed, depending on the case and provider availability.
Can I Taqwa Care arrange dialysis in Saudi Arabia?
I Taqwa Care can assist with dialysis coordination for medically eligible travellers, subject to provider availability, medical documentation and applicable requirements. Treatment fees charged by healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees.
Are treatment costs included?
Treatment fees charged by hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres or other healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees. Costs are discussed as part of each individual care plan.
