When someone you love travels with medical needs

You should not have to coordinate everything alone. We help families understand the medical plan, organise the required support and keep a clear line of communication throughout the journey, while respecting the patient's dignity, independence and spiritual goals.

How we support families

Clear arrangements, agreed in advance

A nominated family contact

One family member acts as the main contact, so updates and decisions stay clear and consistent.

Consent to share information

We share health information only with the family members the patient has agreed to. This is confirmed at the start of the care plan.

Updates during the journey

With the patient's permission, the nominated contact receives updates as agreed in the care plan.

Help with preparation

We help families understand the medical plan, the documents required, medication and the support arranged before departure.

If plans change

If a medical problem develops, we help coordinate the next steps and keep the nominated contact informed. In an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

After returning home

Relevant information can be handed back to the patient's usual healthcare team to support continuity of care.

Practical questions from families

Can I enquire on behalf of a parent or relative?

Yes. Many enquiries come from family members. We will ask about your relationship to the patient, and we discuss their health information in detail only with their permission.

Will the family receive updates during the journey?

With the patient's permission, a nominated family contact can receive updates as agreed in the care plan, including if plans change or escalation is needed.

Can you guarantee that a patient can perform Hajj or Umrah?

No. Medical eligibility depends on the patient's condition, treating-clinician advice and applicable Saudi health and entry requirements. I Taqwa Care supports planning and coordination but does not override medical or regulatory requirements.

Do you provide emergency care?

I Taqwa Care provides emergency medical coordination and escalation support. We are not a substitute for local emergency services. In an emergency, contact the local emergency number immediately.

Are treatment costs included?

Treatment fees charged by hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres or other healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees. Costs are discussed as part of each individual care plan.

Request a Care Assessment

Tell us about the pilgrim, the travel plans and the support needed. Our care team will review your enquiry and contact you to discuss the next steps.

Not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services immediately.
