Five stages of coordinated care, from preparation before travel to continuity after you return home. Each plan is shaped around the individual pilgrim.

Five stages
Select a stage to see what it involves.
We review medical needs, identify risks, coordinate essential documentation and build a personalized care plan before travel.
We help coordinate appropriate hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres, appointments, referrals and communication with healthcare providers.
Depending on the care package, support may include travelling nurses, medical escorts, medication assistance, monitoring and coordination throughout the pilgrimage.
We help coordinate escalation, ambulance or hospital access, admission support, family communication and air-ambulance arrangements when required. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services immediately.
We support handover to the patient's usual healthcare team, medication and treatment follow-up, recovery guidance and continuity planning.
After you enquire
An enquiry is not a booking. It starts a conversation about the support that would be suitable.
Tell us about the pilgrim, travel plans and medical needs.
We review the available health information and identify what additional clinical documentation or clearance may be required.
We define the required support, destination-care arrangements, medication considerations and escalation plan.
Where applicable, we coordinate with suitable hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and other licensed providers.
The agreed support is provided or coordinated throughout the pilgrimage, including nurse or escort services where booked.
Relevant information can be handed back to the patient's usual healthcare team to support continuity after travel.
Working together
A safer journey depends on the patient, the family and the care team each playing their part.
I Taqwa Care coordinates care. Treatment is provided by licensed healthcare professionals and providers.
As early as possible. Medical documents, destination arrangements and any travelling support take time to coordinate, so contacting us once travel is being considered gives the most options. Shorter notice can still be discussed, depending on the case and provider availability.
Our care team reviews the information you provide and contacts you to discuss your needs, the medical documentation required, service availability and the next steps. Sending an enquiry is not a booking, and no medical reports are needed at this stage.
No. Medical eligibility depends on the patient's condition, treating-clinician advice and applicable Saudi health and entry requirements. I Taqwa Care supports planning and coordination but does not override medical or regulatory requirements.
Treatment fees charged by hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres or other healthcare providers may be separate from I Taqwa Care coordination fees. Costs are discussed as part of each individual care plan.
Tell us about the pilgrim, the travel plans and the support needed. Our care team will review your enquiry and contact you to discuss the next steps.
Not for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services immediately.
