Dialysis Patient Management

Plan dialysis appointments and care coordination around the pilgrimage, subject to medical suitability and provider confirmation.

Overview

Pilgrimage should not mean losing continuity of renal care. I Taqwa Care supports eligible dialysis patients with pre-travel assessment, medical-document preparation, destination dialysis coordination, appointment planning and ongoing care coordination throughout the journey.

Who it supports

  • Pilgrims who receive regular dialysis
  • Patients who need sessions scheduled around travel and the pilgrimage
  • Families planning a pilgrimage for a relative with kidney disease

What coordination may include

  • Pre-travel renal review
  • Dialysis scheduling coordination
  • Medical documentation
  • Medication planning
  • Communication with destination providers
  • Monitoring and escalation support
  • Post-travel handover
